Shipping area

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Processing (production) time

Many of our products are produced on demand through specialist partners. Typical production time is 2–3 business days (often sooner), excluding weekends and UK public holidays. Product-specific timelines may vary.

Delivery time

Delivery estimates and costs are shown at checkout. Delivery time depends on courier service and destination within the UK.

Couriers

Depending on parcel size/weight, your order may ship via:

• Royal Mail (common for smaller parcels), and/or

• a courier such as FedEx (common for heavier/bulky parcels)

Dispatch timing & address changes

Address changes are only possible before dispatch. Once dispatched, we cannot reroute parcels.

Gifts & different delivery address

Your shipping address does not need to match your billing address.

Delays outside our control

Weather, operational disruptions, or carrier issues can cause delays. We’ll assist with tracking and resolution where possible.

Split shipments

If your order contains items produced by different fulfilment partners (Contrado and Selfnamed), you may receive multiple parcels with separate tracking updates.

Fulfilment partners

NIMIAN LTD uses trusted production/fulfilment partners (including Contrado and Selfnamed) to manufacture and ship certain products on our behalf. Your purchase contract remains with NIMIAN LTD.
