Shipping area
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
UK delivery
Clothing and accessories made and dispatched in the United Kingdom qualify for complimentary standard UK delivery.
Products dispatched from Europe are excluded from complimentary UK delivery. Shipping charges for these items are calculated at checkout based on the product, parcel and delivery destination.
Orders containing both UK-made and Europe-dispatched products may arrive in separate parcels. Shipping charges may apply to the Europe-dispatched items.
Processing & production
Processing and production times vary by product. Made-to-order pieces may require additional production time before dispatch. Where applicable, the estimated production or dispatch time is stated on the individual product page.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and available tracking information.
Delivery time
Delivery time begins after dispatch and depends on the courier service and UK destination. Please note that production time and delivery time are separate.
Couriers
Depending on parcel size, weight and destination, your order may be dispatched via:
• Royal Mail, commonly used for smaller parcels; and/or
• a courier service such as FedEx for larger or heavier parcels.
Multiple-item orders
Products may be produced or dispatched from different locations. As a result, items within the same order may arrive separately.
