Returns window (voluntary + legal)

You have a legal right to cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days of delivery. In addition, we extend returns to 30 days from delivery for eligible items.

Return eligibility (standard items)

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused, unworn, unwashed

  • in original condition with labels/packaging where applicable

  • returned within the allowed timeframe

Non-returnable items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • personalised or custom-made items made to your specifications (if offered)

  • sealed cosmetics / skincare once opened or unsealed (for hygiene and safety reasons)

  • gift cards

  • items marked as non-returnable where clearly stated at purchase (if applicable)

Return shipping fee

For eligible returns due to change of mind, we charge a flat £6.95 return shipping fee (as shown in Shopify return rules). We do not charge a restocking fee.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos (item + packaging)

  • a brief description

When confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund and we will cover return/shipping costs where required.

Where returns go (important — PO Box)

Do not send returns to our PO Box.
Because we work with specialist production/fulfilment partners, the correct return address depends on what you ordered.

To start a return, use the Shopify returns portal (if enabled) or email us at contact@nimian.co.uk. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide the correct return instructions and address (Contrado or Selfnamed returns hub).

Refund timing

If your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection/processing. Bank processing times vary.

Split orders

If your order includes products fulfilled by different partners, items may arrive in separate parcels and may also require separate return instructions.
