Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date of receipt for standard stock items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Made-to-order items are produced individually to your specifications and are therefore non-returnable, unless the product arrives faulty or damaged. If you receive a faulty made-to-order item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at contact@nimian.co.uk with your order number and photographic evidence of the fault.

As our pieces are made to order, we kindly ask that you review our size guide carefully before placing your order.

To initiate a return for a standard stock item, please contact our Customer Care team at contact@nimian.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, our Customer Care team will provide the correct return address and instructions. Please note: do not send returns to our registered address, as we operate from a PO Box and cannot receive parcels there.
