Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to love what you receive. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

As our pieces are made to order, we kindly ask that you review our size guide carefully before placing your order.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at contact@nimian.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We work with specialist production partners. Once your return is approved, our Customer Care team will provide the correct return address and instructions. Please note: do not send returns to our registered address, as we operate from a PO Box and cannot receive parcels there.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: items that have been worn, washed, or altered; items returned without prior authorisation; items returned after the 30-day window.
